Space to Lead
More than a decade in the making, Space to Lead is Elmwood’s vision for the future of girls’ leadership, brought to life through purposeful, transformative spaces.
At Elmwood, leadership is shaped through experience, connection, and the environments in which students learn and grow. By creating environments that support expression, well-being, and human connection, Elmwood is investing in the conditions that allow girls to lead boldly and meaningfully.
Don't just believe in her potential. Build for it.
With the support of our community, we are ready to move forward with a project that strengthens the platforms where girls build the skills, self-assurance, and sense of purpose needed to lead in the places the world will need them.

About the Architect
Tye Farrow, a globally recognized leader in human-centred and wellness-focused design, this expansion reflects a core belief: the spaces we inhabit shape how we think, feel, and engage. Farrow’s work is grounded in the understanding that architecture can profoundly influence well-being, connection, and performance, making him an ideal partner for a school dedicated to developing confident, capable leaders.
Elmwood produces leaders.
- The entrance signals excellence + aspiration
- Performance spaces build voice + confidence
- Shared spaces build community + collaboration
- Fitness spaces builds teamwork + discipline
These are not amenities. They are leadership infrastructure.
