We launched our Mentorship Program last year at The Honest Talk's annual business and networking event: The Women’s Summit—and it was an incredible success. More than 20 students took part in that pilot year, connecting with inspiring professional women across a range of industries.
This year, we returned to The Women’s Summit 2025 to thank those who supported us and build on the momentum from year one. Students Raluca V., Mia B-R and Claire H. spoke with confidence and authenticity about their mentorship experience in front of the 400+ women in attendance and shared this video:
Mentorship is more than advice. It’s a powerful exchange of experience, encouragement, and possibility. It builds confidence, expands networks, and helps students imagine paths they may never have considered on their own.
If parents would like to be part of this journey, we’d love to hear from you. As a mentor, you’ll be paired with a student in Grades 9–12 who is eager to explore her future. Your role? Offer guidance, share insights, and help her grow both personally and professionally.
