Mentorship Program

Join us in empowering the next generation of female leaders! Mentors will guide Elmwood students (Grades 9-12), offering support, feedback, and insights in six to eight 1:1 sessions from October to May 2026.

Mentor commitment:

  • 1 hour per month (virtual or in person)
  • Share guidance on personal and professional growth
  • Provide insights into industry trends
  • Join an end-of-year networking event
