Elmwood was definitely in its element on the evening of June 3rd. Spirits were high amongst the 100+ families who joined Head of School James Whitehouse and Director of Development & Alumni Relations Andrea Thomson for an evening of celebration. Mr. Whitehouse acknowledged and thanked the students for their hard work, enthusiasm, and leadership, as well the parents and the entire community for their support and encouragement throughout. A moving slideshow demonstrated how extraordinary the 2020-21 school year truly was.

The evening also officially launched the In Our Element campaign to support Science at Elmwood. This campaign will enable us to create a STEAM Centre in the Junior School (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math space), and rebuild the Chemistry Lab in the Middle / Senior School thus completing the Science and Innovation Wing. A special thanks to the families who have already supported the campaign, and those who will give in the future. To contribute to the In Our Element campaign, visit or buy an element on the Periodic Table Art Installation.
