Swimming Success

Congratulations to our swimmers on a great city meet last week! The girls swam extremely well and had fun competing as a team. We are really proud of their achievements. Elmwood won the Open Girls trophy! As a school, we placed 12th in Ottawa, without being able to compete in any of the boys races (equivalent to half of the races).

Our 200m Medley Open Girls Relay won gold with a time of 2:07.04, which qualified them for OFSAA. Relay members are: Olivia Howe, Grace Charness, Stephanie Atkinson, and Madeleine Forcese.

Our 400m Free Open Girls Relay also won gold with a time of 4:14.64, which qualified them for OFSAA. Relay members are: Leticia Bensebaa, Kailey Walker, Olivia Howe, and Stephanie Atkinson.
