Elmwood’s vision is to be the most innovative girls’ school in Canada and to operate at the forefront of girls’ education globally. Now, more than ever, women are at the centre of the social, political and economic dialogue, acting with courage and integrity in the face of challenge and leading change.
When you give your time to the school, everyone benefits: the children, the teachers, the school—and you. Volunteering is a wonderful way to contribute to the life of the school and to meet other parents and members of the Elmwood community. Volunteering also gives you the opportunity to learn more about Elmwood, and the day-to-day workings of the school. And it sends a wonderful message to your daughter about your interest in and commitment to her school life.
There are many opportunities to get involved. The Elmwood Parents’ Association organizes community building events and fundraising activities throughout the year.
Whether you have a little time or a lot, a specific skill or general interest in helping, we would be happy for your help!
