RED WINE

Ramon Bilbao Rioja

With intense and aromatic memories of fresh black fruit (blackcurrant) with a pleasant toast tone of rich noble woods. The spicy touch play with the mineral such as coal or ink, bitter chocolate of liquorice. It is flavourful and has an elegant mouth feel with a wrapping sensation where nuances of red currants, firewood embers, pepper, tobacco leaves and infusions.

Chateau Argadens Bordeaux

The Sichel family of Château Palmer fame has been a part of winemaking in Bordeaux for some six generations. Always a great value, this popular, classically framed blend of Merlot and Cabernet is a great choice for grilled lamb.

BEER

Shaggin' Wagon - New England IPA 6.4% abv 473ml can Hazy, Pineapple, Apricot

Bronze medal winner at the 2018 Ontario Craft Brewing Awards and 2019 Craft Beer Market Big Hoppa first place winner. Brewed in the New England style, this hazy award-winning IPA is bursting with juicy tropical notes of pineapple, tangerine and apricot. Bitterness takes a back seat while the hop flavour and aroma can't sit still as they sing their hearts out in the front. A heavy dose of oats and wheat contribute to a soft, creamy body that carries this outrageous beer along its road trip. 

Jagged Little Pilsner - Czech-style pilsner. 5.2%abv, 473ml

This lager is golden in colour with an assertive hop flavour, spicy floral notes and crisp, refreshing finish that pilsners are known for. We went old school using all Saaz hops, but the stray in us gives it a slight haze character.
