Elmwood’s vision is to be the most innovative girls’ school in Canada and to operate at the forefront of girls’ education globally.
Discovery Camps March Break: CANCELLED
In response to the advice from Dr. David Williams, Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, Elmwood has made the decision to close the school from March 14 to April 5. In light of this, we will also cancel the upcoming March Break Camp scheduled from March 16 to 20.
March 16 - 20, 2020
Activities and experiments will take the girls on a week-long journey through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math, building creative and analytical thinking for a truly fun experience. This week-long adventure of inquiry, scientific method, building, designing and artistic exploration will feature workshops in our newly opened Art Studio and Science Labs.

Stephanie Hanratty, Elmwood’s Director of Co-Curricular Learning, will be there to greet the campers, take attendance and supervise. Camp starts promptly at 9 a.m. with complimentary drop-off available after 8 a.m. If you arrive after 9 a.m please drop your daughter off at her homeroom class in the Junior School (see below). There is no camp supervision before 8 a.m. Please do not leave your child unattended unless an adult staff member is present in the MPR.

Please note that all campers must be picked up before 5:30 p.m. As with most camps, Elmwood Camp for Girls will charge a flat rate of $20 for late pick-up, and then a dollar a minute for pick up after 5:30 pm. Occasionally, if a child is picked up after 5:30 p.m. more than a few times, a family may no longer have access to the aftercare program. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
