The information provided on the waiver is personal and confidential and will only be used by staff of Elmwood School. This will ensure that proper care and attention is given to the health and safety of your child.

From certified educators and university students studying child development to returning Elmwood alumni, each counsellor is carefully selected to ensure a safe, joyful, and enriching experience for every camper.

Drop-off is anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at the front entrance of the Junior School. Pick-up is between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., also at the front entrance of the Junior School. You’ll see a white Elmwood flag marking the location.
Camp is fun, messy, silly and sometimes loud! During a week at camp, classic camp games will be mixed with themed activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, team building games, group challenges and more. We’ll be both inside and outside, even in the rain, so please come prepared. Below is a sample schedule of a typical day, though days may vary based on the group and planned activities. Stay tuned for more information about excursions for campers in the Grade 3-5 and 6-8 groups!
Elmwood Summer Camps 2026 - Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to camps@elmwood.ca.
From the date of registration up until four weeks out from camp start date, a partial refund (full refund minus the $75 administration fee per session)can be issued
No refundswill be issued within four weeksof the start of a camp session, with the exception of medical reasons with a doctor’s note.
No refundswill be provided for partial or full-day absences or for unused camp activities.
If Elmwood School is required to cancel a camp session, parents will be notified by email and will receive a full refund for that week.
