Middle School Summer Camp

Elmwood’s Middle School Summer Camp is a mix of creative arts and outdoor adventure designed just for girls going into Grades 6 to 8 in September. In our safe and caring environment, campers will build confidence, grow as leaders, and make lasting friendships, all while having serious fun and discovering new possibilities.

Each day brings fresh opportunities to create, explore, and connect. Our thoughtfully designed program, led by Elmwood educators, sparks joy, encourages hands-on discovery, and nurtures a deep sense of belonging. Girls leave camp not only with new skills, but with memories and friendships that last well beyond summer.

Included in each week:

• Supervised drop-off from 8:30 - 9:00 am and pick-up between 4 - 4:30 p.m.
• Healthy daily snacks/lunch
• Hands-on creative workshops
• Off-site outdoor adventures
• Fun, team-based leadership challenges
• All materials, transportation and admissions fees
• A souvenir t-shirt

Elmwood Summer Camps 2026 - Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to camps@elmwood.ca.

• From the date of registration up until four weeks out from camp start date, a partial refund (full refund minus the $75 administration fee per session) can be issued
• No refunds will be issued within four weeks of the start of a camp session, with the exception of medical reasons with a doctor’s note.
• No refunds will be provided for partial or full-day absences or for unused camp activities.

If Elmwood School is required to cancel a camp session, parents will be notified by email and will receive a full refund for that week.
