March Break Magic at Elmwood!
A Week of Creativity, Discovery, and Fun for Girls Aged 4–10

This March Break, join us at Elmwood for a camp experience designed especially for younger girls. Blending imagination, play, and exploration, our March Break Camp offers a mix of creative arts, hands-on activities, and outdoor fun—all in a safe, nurturing environment where girls feel supported and inspired.

Led by caring Elmwood educators, each day is thoughtfully planned to spark curiosity, build confidence, and foster new friendships. Whether your child loves to paint, build, perform, or play outdoors, she will find endless opportunities to create, collaborate, and shine.

Each week includes:

  • Supervised drop-off from 8:30–9:00 a.m. and pick-up from 4:00–4:30 p.m.
  • Healthy daily snacks and lunch
  • Creative, age-appropriate workshops, activities and projects
  • Outdoor play and onsite adventures
  • A special Elmwood camp t-shirt to take home

TRANSPORTATION: I agree and understand that my child/children, named above, has/have permission to participate in the programs/activities organized by Elmwood School staff which may include excursions on the Elmwood bus up to 50km radius of Elmwood School.required
PHOTOGRAPHY: I hereby give my permission for my child, named above, with respect to photograph(s) and video footage taken of my child while attending the program herein to reproduce, copy, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use: (1) my child’s name; and (ii) my child’s likeness (as may be retouched or edited); or any material based upon or derived therefrom, or to refrain from so doing, in whole or in part in any manner or media whatsoever, in advertising, social media and promotional materials related to Elmwood. I acknowledge that the decision of Elmwood, its governors, employees and agents, to use my child’s name and/or photograph/likeness as set out herein, is at their sole and absolute discretion. I agree that neither me nor my child shall have any right of approval, claim to additional compensation or benefit, or claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation or right of publicity) arising out of the use of my child’s name and/or photograph/likeness. I agree that any and all materials created by Elmwood, its governors, employees and agents that incorporate, in whole or in part, my child’s name and/or photograph/likeness (the “materials”) shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Elmwood and Elmwood shall retain all intellectual property rights, including without limitation, copyright that exists in the materials. I understand that no additional rights or consents are necessary to grant the rights to Elmwood as provided herein. I understand that there is no obligation by Elmwood to use the rights or any materials as provided herein or to produce or release any advertising. I further understand that, subject to legal or contractual exceptions, I may withdraw my consent for secondary purposes (for example, alumnae relations, fundraising or promotion) by contacting the Privacy Officer at 613 749-6761 ext. 236.required

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: A full refund will only be issued 30 days prior to the first day of a camp session. Administration fee of $75.00 for each session cancellation, will be issued up to 30 days prior to the first day of a camp session. No refund is available within 30 days prior to the first day of a camp session of the commencement of the camp session, unless they are related to medical reasons and are accompanied by a doctor’s note. No refund is available for full or partial day absences, or due to any other camp activities not fully utilized.In the event that Elmwood School is required to cancel a camp program you will be notified by email and provided a full refund of all fees paid for that week.Once registered, parents will receive confirmation by email as well as important information you need to know prior to the first day of camp.
