Linden House Theatre Company presents Steel Magnolias, a comedy-drama about the bond among a group of Southern women in northwest Louisiana. Featuring Elmwood’s own Janet Uren ‘67, this production is directed by Angela Boychuk, former drama teacher and Elmwood Theatre legend. Proceeds from ticket sales will support the Old Girl Scholarship.

Steel Magnolias is a wonderful story of friendship and the sustaining power of laughter even in the toughest of times. It's "a true story and a brilliant depiction of friendship that manages to be witty, warm, uplifting, and, just when you thought you were safe, utterly heartbreaking.
