Online Application Form
To begin the application process, click here. You will need to create a username and password. This will allow you to complete, edit and review your daughter's application before submitting it to us. You may complete and submit the application at the same time, or fill out part of it, save it and return later to edit or complete it. You will also be able to log in later to review the application requirements and check to see if all of the required documents have been received.
Application Fee
Once you have completed your child's application, you will be prompted to pay an application fee. We accept MasterCard and Visa. The application fee is $150.
