Grade 4 explored the rich traditions of the Sugar Festival through a cross-curricular French project that combined geography, science, history, and culture. As part of an international exchange with L’Ermitage in France, students are sharing their learning abroad while developing global citizenship, cultural understanding, and French language skills through the IB PYP.

Elmwood’s Peak Performers Program supports Grade 8–12 students who train and compete at an elite level (15+ hours per week) by helping them balance academics with athletic commitments. Through personalized guidance support and flexible, credit-bearing phys-ed courses, the program equips student-athletes with strategies to succeed both in school and in sport.
