Lifted and Unstoppable

Elmwood is one of the most innovative girls’ schools in North America and ranked as one of the top 25 private schools in Canada. We are one of only nineteen schools in Canada to receive the Apple Distinguished School designation and the only school in the region offering all three levels of the International Baccalaureate Programme.

We are committed to creating an educational environment where students not only excel but feel lifted and unstoppable in their dreams for themselves and their future.  This is our promise to our families.

  • Remarkable teachers, 100% committed to supporting every learner’s journey academically, emotionally, and socially.
  • An unparalleled environment, strategically designed for optimal learning.
  • An exceptional partnership, where together we nurture authentic, confident, and world-ready global citizens who lead from the heart.
  • Peace of mind and possibility, for your child and her future.

Elmwood by the numbers

Developing confident, engaged and healthy girls requires balance. Life outside of the classroom at Elmwood complements and enhances the academic program and reflects the needs and interests of today’s girls. Clubs, sports teams, student government and the House system offer numerous opportunities to explore passions and connect with those who share them.
