Leadership
We encourage our students to take on leadership roles—to challenge themselves to step out of their comfort zones. Whether it is student government at Elmwood, Junior School students organizing exhibitions or Middle School students planning a recreational day for their peers, these girls lead by example—showing spirit, enthusiasm and passion for the school.
Leadership roles are also readily available through our House system. Houses choose a programme of social service each year and are responsible for planning and carrying out fund-raising activities in support of their chosen charities.
