Cake Boss Inspires Creativity in Elmwood Students

cakeboss1.jpgCBC Ottawa’s Sandra Abma dropped in on the new Elmwood Cake Boss Club earlier this month to speak to the girls about the inspiration for the club. Members of this Middle School club were happy to demonstrate their newly acquired skills with fondant, icing and cupcakes! Inspired by the popularity of Buddy Valastro, the “Cake Boss,” the club is the brainchild of Elmwood parent Carola Foresti, and has been a popular co-curricular choice for our Grade 6 – 8 students this year.
